IT Technician (2) - (ITTech)
The IT Technician is responsible for providing technical support in a multi-site corporation, to Windows-based PC users with hardware and software inquiries in Novell/Windows environment.
Minimum requirements include:
• Associate degree in computer field and experience providing technical support and training, Comp TIA A+ required and Microsoft Office User Specialist certification preferred.
• Valid PA driver’s license and the ability to travel.
• Full time hours with some scheduling flexibility required.
• Satisfactory Act 33, 34 Clearances and ability to be covered on CRI liability insurance.
• Satisfactory driver’s record, valid PA driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
