Attendant Care Program Supervisor – (LB105)
This position is responsible for the overall management of the Lewisburg Office. Management includes program and staff supervision of all personnel.
Responsibilities include:
• Act as main contact with all agencies in service area with emphasis on AAA, PDA, and referral sources for the Act 150, MA Waiver, and CSPPPD programs.
• Promote and expand CRI services throughout service area.
• Responsible for meeting with referral agencies as needed.
• Responsible for following Program operating regulations (i.e. assess PCA qualifications, complete 90 day consumer visits).
• Function as a Service Coordinator with a limited case load.
• Supervise and direct office staff, including 1 Secretary, 1 Service Coordinator, and 1 PCA Supervisor.
• Handle petty cash.
• Develop and maintain a professional and friendly working relationship with PCA and other staff, fostering a positive work environment and employee morale.
• Other duties as assigned by Regional Program Manager or as apparent.
Requirements include:
• Minimum of three years experience in the home health or related fields, supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in human services or related field.
• Must be a minimum of 32 years of age or older, and legally able to work in the United States.
• This position participates in a weekend/evening on-call rotation, which requires carrying a cell phone or pager.
• Satisfactory Act 33, 34 Clearances and ability to be covered on CRI liability insurance and bonding.
• A satisfactory driver’s record, valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle availability.
• Ability to perform responsibilities in a safe and effective manger, including following the CRI Mo Manual Lift Policy.
